Well, aside from the beautiful cover, this book got me interested because this: "A Great and Terrible Beauty meets Cassandra Clare in this spellbinding fantasy." I liked A Great and Terrible Beauty (the first book, at least), and LOVE all of Cassandra Clare's books, especially Clockwork Prince.
