It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

The book/s I have read the past week, and the book/s I plan to read throughout the week.

Last week, I finished reading Defiance by C.J. Redwine. This book occupied me, and prevented me from doing the things I have to do. LOL! Although I would say, the pacing slowed down midpoint as those chapters in the middle were mostly a monologue of the characters. There wasn't much conversation, and it got boring. But the story picked up near the end. So, did I enjoy the book? Yes, I did! I'm sure fans of dystopian and fantasy stories would love Defiance.

Anyway, this week, I plan to finish Storm by Brigid Kemmerer and Otherkin by Nina Berry. These two books have been on deck for quite some time now, and they deserve to be finished! But then again, I've just purchased Belles by Jen Calonita, and it's looking really pretty on my shelf. It's calling out to me. I've been reading so many good reviews on this one, and I got really intrigued despite the fact that YA contemporary isn't really my thing.
