It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

The book/s I have read the past week, and the book/s I plan to read throughout the week.

Last week, I finished reading the following novellas:

I have not read Throne of Glass yet. But after reading the above novellas, I don't need any more convincing to purchase a copy of the novel, and get another one for a friend. It's that good. Sarah J. Maas is an exceptional writer, and her stories have the ability to capture the reader's attention for a long time. I was enraptured. This is my kind of fantasy book, and I cannot wait to get my hands on a copy of Throne of Glass, which comes out August 7th by the way.

And I am hoping and wishing that these four novellas would be compiled and be available as hardcopy, like The Iron Legends by Julie Kagawa. I'd love to add these to my fantasy book collection.

This week, I plan to finish the following:

Something Strange and Deadly by Susan Dennardard
Stormdancer by Jay Kristoff

After reading the Throne of Glass novellas, I simply lost my appetite for reading other books. I was still stuck in the world that Sarah J. Maas created, so I haven't finished reading Something Strange and Deadly, and Stormdancer. I would have to finish reading these two before August 7th, because that's when my FUTURE FAVORITE book (Throne of Glass) will come out!

Gawd. I've never been this excited for a book to be released!
